At SOUK AURA, we provide transparent and reliable shipping for all our fragrances across Kenya. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (East Africa Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Handling Time: 0–1 business day (Mon–Fri).
2. Fixed Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All shipping costs are fixed. The price you see below is the exact price you will pay at checkout.

3. Delivery Terms
- Safety: Because perfumes are classified as flammable liquids, all orders are shipped via specialized road courier services to ensure safety compliance.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation via SMS or Email with the courier details.
- Payment: We accept Cash on Delivery (CoD) and M-Pesa for Nairobi orders. For orders outside Nairobi, payment is required in full via M-Pesa prior to dispatch.
