2. Product Information & Pricing
2.1 We strive for 100% accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, due to digital display variations, actual product packaging may vary slightly.
2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed and paid orders will be honored at the original price.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate.
3.2 Secure Payments: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., M-Pesa, Credit/Debit cards). SOUK AURA uses SSL encryption and does not store your full payment card details.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Domestic Only: We currently offer shipping within Kenya only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
4.2 Delivery Times: Estimates provided in our Shipping Policy are based on business days (Mon–Fri).
4.3 Risk of Loss: All perfumes are packed securely for road transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the courier confirms delivery to the provided address.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Our return process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
5.2 Hygiene Restriction: Due to health and safety standards for fragrances, opened or sprayed perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they were received damaged.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 SOUK AURA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products.
6.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Kenya.
